Does your product have a 'how it all started story?' Briefly, what is that story.It all started when I met Rod - Rod has always been a collector and soon I was joining in! Trouble was, piles of beautiful vintage china were beginning to build so we began to wonder about starting a business together - Twiceloved China was the result.
What inspires you?Colour! Art deco orange and black as well as aquas, pinks and yellows from the 50s! We are driven by the joy of giving new life to once loved pieces of china and fascinated by their secret stories.
Name five favourite non creative things you do.
I love my small garden and have just put in a mass planting of blue hydrangeas - the colour makes me tingle! Rod has an FJ holden in original condition and he is always on the look out for that elusive part - you can never have too many spares!
First album you ever bought?
Rod's first album was a Beetles album……..WHAT!
How many steps or processes does your craft use?Our products, although different, begin with choosing the perfect plate. It is so important to get the balance of colour, design and plate size, for our tiered cake plates - it makes all the difference. Lucky we have hundreds and hundreds to choose from!
